We did a nice family hike up Grotto Canyon in Bow Valley Provincial Park near Canmore. This is a beautiful little hike up through a narrow canyon. There were several rock climbers in action along the canyon walls and plenty of beautiful sights to see. Waterfalls, ancient pictographs, and a lovely cold and clear stream burbling all the way down the canyon. It's not all that hard but it was a great way to spend a family afternoon.
